PROBIOTICS: Probiotics are very hot right now even though they go back ages and ages. It's great everybody's getting into them because they are really excellent for your health. Making them, however is fun, creative, and MUCH cheaper and more potent than buying capsules or commercial probiotic products. I sell and ship the probiotic cultures needed to start to make your own kombucha tea and kefir at low cost ($5.00 + shipping). Kombucha SCOBY's (SCOBY=Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast--alsp called babies, mushrooms etc.) and kefir grains are from my personal production and have been cultivated using organic ingredients. |
